Us’Mov Project

SUMMARY

Smartphones have become an omnipresent technology in our lives, and have begun to replace traditional forms of aquiring information and social interaction, especially among young people.

In Spain, the debate about what to do with them in the schools has led to diverse positions by public administrations, despite the learning opportunities highlighted by educational research.

US’MOV is a project financed by the State Agency for Research (PID2019-108041RB-I00) that seeks to identify and analyze the discourses, practices and positions of educational administrations, teachers, young people, families and companies about the use of mobile phones in Compulsory secondary schools in Spain
